As a former collegiate women’s basketball player at Appalachian State University, Bria knows firsthand the dedication and grit it takes to excel. Her athletic journey shaped her into a leader and motivator, fueling a passion for fitness that now drives her next chapter as a personal and group trainer. With an athlete’s mindset and a coach’s heart, she empowers clients to challenge their limits, find joy in movement, and build healthy habits that will last.
