Ishmael sandiford
Born & raised in Richmond, Virginia. I am a fitness professional who specializes in transforming both the mind and body through a hybrid style of training that combines weights and calisthenics. As a professional calisthenics athlete, I’ve competed on FOX Sports, and been featured in Men’s Muscle Magazine. Over the years, I’ve helped hundreds of people achieve lasting transformations—mentally and physically—by building strength, discipline, and confidence that carry over into every part of life. My mission is to push you beyond your limits and guide you toward becoming the strongest version of yourself.
Ty Jackson
Born and raised in Richmond, VA, I’ve always believed in the power of movement to transform not just the body, but the mind and spirit. As a certified personal trainer, my passion lies in helping others push past their limits, build confidence, and discover their own strength. Fitness changed my life—and now I’m dedicated to helping others experience that same transformation, one rep at a time.
Bria Carter
As a former collegiate women’s basketball player at Appalachian State University, Bria knows firsthand the dedication and grit it takes to excel. Her athletic journey shaped her into a leader and motivator, fueling a passion for fitness that now drives her next chapter as a personal and group trainer. With an athlete’s mindset and a coach’s heart, she empowers clients to challenge their limits, find joy in movement, and build healthy habits that will last. Bria’s approach is rooted in teamwork, resilience, and a belief that everyone has the power to transform in the weight room and beyond.
