A Push Power Circuit + Gym Track of the Week

💪🏿 Workout Tip:

Before beginning your training, do a quick wake up circuit:

  1. 10 push-ups

  2. shoulder taps (8 each side)

  3. 25-second plank hold (you can do high plank on hands, or forearm)

Starting with this push primer wakes up your upper body, steadies your core, and puts you in a strong mindset so you can put that pain in for the rest of your workout. Do it twice if you’d like.
