Set a timer for 6 minutes. No breaks.
Cycle through:
β’ 10 jump squats
β’ 25 high knees (count each knee)
β’ 25 push ups
β’ 10 reverse lunges
Repeat until the timer runs out.
Donβt stop, you can do it.
