Set a timer for 6 minutes. No breaks.
Cycle through:

β€’ 10 jump squats

β€’ 25 high knees (count each knee)

β€’ 25 push ups

β€’ 10 reverse lunges

Repeat until the timer runs out.
Don’t stop, you can do it.
