Group Training
Our group training program is built to help you gain lean muscle mass and burn body fat through a combination of functional fitness and a power-building split. Every class is designed with modifications, regressions, and progressions, making it accessible and challenging for all fitness levels.
💪🏿 Classes run Monday through Thursday at 5:30 AM and 8:00 AM and are 45 minutes of high-energy, results-driven training.
