🏃🏽 Workout Tip:

Set a timer for 6 minutes. No breaks.
Cycle through:

• 10 jump squats

• 25 high knees (count each knee)

• 25 push ups

• 10 reverse lunges

Repeat until the timer runs out.
Don’t stop, you can do it.
