Try this restorative yoga pose after a long day at work, or at night before going to sleep:

Supported Child’s Pose: Laying on a mat, use a pillow under your chest. Spread your knees wide, gently press your butt back to your heels, and breathe deep through your nose, and out through your mouth, slowly, for 3–5 minutes.
