Form first. Always.
You don’t earn bonus points for speed. You see results by moving well. In every class, slow down, nail the form, then add the power. Quality reps >>> fast reps. Every time.
🔑 Why Form Is Key:
It keeps you injury-free. You can’t hit your goals if you pull something.
It builds muscle where you actually want it. Glutes, not quads? Shoulders, not traps? Form makes the difference.
It makes every rep count. Sloppy reps = wasted energy. Tight reps + sculpted results.
✅ Remember These Cues to Elevate Form:
💫 — Shoulders relaxed, not in your ears. You’re lifting, not shrugging.
🔒 — Core tight, like you’re zipping up jeans from 2020.
🛑 — Pause at the top or bottom. Control is the gold.
😮💨 — Exhale on the hard part. Don’t let the movement snatch your breath.
