Quick Evening Burn (No Equipment) – 15 min
Do 3 rounds:
• 20 squats
• 10 push ups
• 10 reverse lunges
• 30 plank shoulder taps
• 30 push presses
Rest for 30 seconds between rounds.
Perfect for pre–or post dinner sweat that’ll help you sleep at night.
