Standing Bodyweight Squats

  • Stand tall, with your arms overhead if you’re feeling spicy.

  • Slowly drop down into a squat (chest up, heels down).

  • Push back up to standing.

  • Repeat x10, 3 sets for a great quick calorie burn & instant heart pump.

    Do it between emails. Watching Netflix. While you’re watching the kids, or your coffee brews.
