This week, we’re giving you a quick, no–nonsense mobility flow to ease you into your days with less undue stress on your body. Perfect for any fitness level, and meant to ground you mentally and physically, from the start of the day.
🌅 YOUR MORNING MOBILITY SEQUENCE:
Ankle Rolls
Gentle circles to wake up your ankles and improve circulation.
2. Hip Circles
Slow, controlled movements—feel your hips open with each rotation. You may even hear a pop or two.
3. Standing Side Stretch
Reach and lengthen. Breathe into the stretch.
4. Shoulder Rolls
Release the tension—roll forward and back, gently.
5. Half Moon Neck Rolls
Move slowly through your necks full range, to the front, then back.
6. Cat–Cow Stretch
Sync your breath with the movement—inhale arch, exhale round.
